GroundState Earthing Bedsheet

I have had horrible insomnia since menopause 25 years ago! Flip flopping all night with minimum sleep only to finally giving up at 4 AM to start my day. I sometimes would take Tylenol PM which sometimes helped but insomnia was really my mode of operation. I got this grounded sheet with optimistic skepticism. What a godsend! It did not ‘work’ at the get go but I have had it about two weeks now and LOVE how I can actually sleep anywhere from 6-8 hours. I hope your results are as great as mine. I do recommend reading all instructions for care - I had to get non-Oxi detergent, wash them on delicate cycle and dry on low heat. Good luck!

I heard about the grounding sheets from a friend who said they worked. I was skeptical, but I bought them and I have had numerous pains for several years that have all improved substantially after sleeping on the sheets for just a few nights. I've had them now for a couple of months And definitely feel better than I did before purchasing them. I highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I thought it could be a placebo effect, but I have a smart watch that tracks my stress levels throughout the day and my stress levels have decreased significantly since using the sheets when comparing to prior. We purchased this sheet because I have MS and am always looking for products that will contribute to my general wellness without chemicals or drugs. My husband and I also purchased a linen top sheet to augment the benefits with the 5000hz frequency of the natural fibers. We both sleep deeply and comfortably and I have noticed a reduction in my daily brain fog now that I am getting longer periods of restorative sleep. It has changed the way I sleep forever life changing.

These are very well made cotton sheets. They are pretty comfortable and after a couple months no little balls are forming like cheap sheets. They really are deep pocket. We have a extra thick mattress and a memory foam topper on that. We struggle to get deep enough sheets. This is great. As far as the grounding part...I read an article on grounding and thought "why not try it?" It's amazing! I am in my late 50s and have terrible inflammation. This has gotten so much better since I put these on. The other feature is my sleeping being restorative. I wake up a couple times in the night now thinking it's time to get up. I get up and I'm fully awake and rested with a lind of well being. I can't tell you more than that, but those two things are huge and have changed our lives.

It is very durable and washes and dries well. Helps us feel more grounded.

Sleeping on a grounded sheet makes sense.I’m not a hippie and i don’t believe in all the crazy things. But i do know our brains use electricity and it makes sense that it would need to be grounded. And i understand that our rubber shoes keep us ungrounded from the earth. So at some point we should ground that electricity, and 8hrs at night while your sleeping is the most efficient way. I do think it has helped with my knee pain. And even my girlfriend said she feels more rested the days she stays at my house. I wouldn’t push the on ppl. I don’t think everyone has to have one. But if you are thinking about it, i would 10/10 recommend making the decision to do it. And it feels like a normal sheet. It’s smooth and soft.

These sheets are amazing ! Very soft and comfortable ! I definitely get a good night sleep on these and they are easy to wash ! Definitely recommend for people who don’t have the time to ground outside every day.
